System upgrade: MooPayroll v1 → v2

Important notice to all MooPayroll users
MooPayroll is moving from the current system (v1) to a rebuilt system (v2). Your company’s data is migrated on Tuesday 3 November 2026, and from Wednesday 4 November 2026 you sign in to v2 at the new address below.

- Finish October in v1 by Monday 2 November: October paid, payslips released, reports you need printed or saved.
- Do not submit October’s EPF, SOCSO, EIS or PCB files from v1 — they are produced from v2 after the migration.
- Approve or complete any pending leave applications and claims you want carried over. Whatever is in v1 at 12:00 pm on 3 November is what arrives in v2.
Maintenance in progress
MooPayroll v1 is under maintenance while your company’s data is migrated to MooPayroll v2. The system cannot be opened during this period and nothing can be keyed in.

MooPayroll has moved to the new system. This address (system.moopayroll.com) is no longer in use. Please sign in at the new address and update your bookmark:

- Key November’s overtime, leave, claims and one-off items in v2 only.
- Employees can install the MooPayroll app (Google Play, App Store, Huawei AppGallery) and sign in with the same e-mail address.
